• Soft vs. Hard sales: Soft Sales Replication is the replication of data at set intervals throughout the day (compared to Hard Sales Replication where replication occurs after End of Day has been run). To enable soft sales replication, a 'soft sales' patch must be applied after POS has been configured at each store. This patch will enable and set up the feature, as well as randomize the replication times so that no two stores will communicate at the same time.
